The client is presented an estimate that includes delivery date, cost of labor and materials.

Once the estimate is approved by client, a deposit is required to begin graphic
or web design work.
4> Pay Design Deposit
After receiving the deposit, work on your project begins right away.
5> Design Drafts
Preliminary print or web designs and concepts are presented to the client.
6> Design Revisions
Revisions are made to
designs as needed until approved by the client.
7> File Preparation
Final designs are executed
in the appropriate format
8> Final Approval
Final design files are shared with the client for final design approval.
9> Final File Delivery
Upon approval, designs are delivered to client or production company.
10> Final Design Invoice
A final invoice and task log outlining time spent is delivered to the client.
